All in-stock orders ship during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2 p.m. CST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. If an item is backordered, you will be notified of its status and the new shipment date. All items purchased from BurnStencil.com are made under a shipment contract with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Lumberjack Tools, the parent company of BurnStencil, is not responsible or liable for any damages or late shipments arising from the order shipment. You will need to make a claim with the carrier.
